Typewriter's History

Founded: 1958Availability: USA (all states)

Starting in 1958, we have specialized in the sale of new and reconditioned typewriters for businesses and consumers around the world. In addition to selling typewriters and their supplies, we have one of the best typewriter service departments in the industry. Our full-time technicians are veterans in the typewriter business. When we went into business our company was originally named Progressive Methods, we started as an IBM typewriter dealer. In 2003, we started the internet division Typewriters.com. In 2019, Monroe Systems for Business, the inventor of the commercial printing calculator, acquired Typewriters.com. The rest is history.
